1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and bet93 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "the Platform") governing your use of the website accessible at https://bet93.cam and all associated services, features, games, promotions and content offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the bet93 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account"

The personal account registered by a User on the bet93 platform, used to access services, place bets, deposit and withdraw funds.

"Balance"

The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus funds, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits granted to a User's Account subject to specific bonus terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry dates.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which Users submit government-issued identification and proof of address or payment method to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

"Operator"

bet93, the entity responsible for managing and operating the bet93 platform under its applicable licensing jurisdiction.

"Platform"

The bet93 website at https://bet93.cam, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, tools and features made available to registered Users.

"Prohibited Territory"

Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the bet93 platform for real-money gambling is unlawful under applicable local, national or international law.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total volume of qualifying bets a User must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

"PKR"

Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which account balances, bets and transactions are denominated on the bet93 platform.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the bet93 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must meet all of the following requirements to open and maintain an Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licensing jurisdiction. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so for real-money gambling purposes is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this prior to registration.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Territory as defined in these Terms or as updated from time to time on the platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of bet93 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated by bet93 for breach of these Terms, fraud or abusive conduct.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bet93 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Material inaccuracies discovered at any point, including during KYC, may result in Account suspension.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the bet93 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bet93 will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify support immediately. bet93 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4.4 Non-Transferability

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any third party. Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

5 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your bet93 Account must be made through the payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

bet93 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context for deposit and withdrawal flows. None of these providers endorse gambling or confirm support for this operator. Availability of specific payment methods is determined by the operator and may vary. Deposit limits and processing rules are subject to the policies of the individual payment provider.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Deposits made in currencies other than PKR may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Exchange fees are the User's responsibility.
• bet93 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions are electronic.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate may be returned without crediting the Account, at the Operator's discretion.

6 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed after your Account has completed the KYC verification process. KYC requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. Withdrawals requested prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. bet93 reserves the right to process withdrawals by alternative methods at its discretion, subject to applicable compliance obligations.

Processing times vary by payment method and are never guaranteed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer to process than e-wallet equivalents. All stated processing windows are estimates only and exclude bank processing periods.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request. Withdrawal limits may be reviewed based on account status, verification level and promotional eligibility.

6.4 Bonus-Derived Funds

Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any withdrawal attempt prior to completing wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings, in accordance with the specific bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by bet93 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus principles apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before withdrawal of winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding this limit voids the bonus. The applicable maximum will be specified in each offer's terms — a common illustrative example is PKR 500 per spin or per bet.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period after activation (commonly 7–30 days). Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonuses are non-withdrawable — only the net winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Non-sticky bonus amounts become withdrawable once wagering is complete. The nature of each bonus is specified in its individual terms.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions impose a cap on withdrawable winnings derived from bonus play (e.g., PKR 25,000). This applies regardless of total winnings accumulated during the bonus period.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each active promotion is limited to one claim per registered User and per household or IP address.

bet93 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practicable. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, structured betting to minimise risk during wagering, or exploitation of system errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting

All bets are accepted and settled at the sole discretion of bet93. Bet placement constitutes acceptance of the odds and terms presented at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the User except where a cash-out feature is explicitly offered and available for that specific event.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to system or human error, events played or settled under conditions materially different from those applicable at bet placement, or where bet93 determines in good faith that the odds or outcome were the subject of fraudulent manipulation.

8.3 Cricket & Sports-Specific Rules

Bets on Pakistan cricket matches — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — are subject to specific cricket betting rules published in the platform's sports betting rules section. Results are determined by the official result at the close of scheduled play, unless otherwise specified. Abandoned or rain-affected matches are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules.

8.4 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets may be suspended, reopened or settled at any point during an event. bet93 accepts no liability for bets placed during a period in which live match data was incorrect, delayed or unavailable. It is the User's responsibility to verify the live state of an event before placing an in-play bet.

9 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the bet93 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, instant games and progressive jackpots — operate under rules specific to each game and game category. Game rules are accessible within the game interface or the platform's Help Centre.

• All stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run figures. Actual results in any individual session may differ substantially from the theoretical RTP.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are illustrative unless confirmed in real time by the jackpot feed. bet93 does not guarantee the accuracy of jackpot displays at any given moment.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live dealer or casino game session, the round will be settled according to the game provider's rules. bet93 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical failures fairly.
• bet93 reserves the right to void casino game results in cases where a system error, software fault or third-party provider error has materially affected the outcome.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet93 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed and their balance forfeited, subject to applicable law:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including KYC.
• Opening multiple Accounts (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identities.
• Abusing promotional offers, including systematic low-risk or arbitrage betting solely to meet wagering requirements, collusion with other Users, or sharing of bonus codes in breach of promotion terms.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Users or the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate or exploit any software, platform infrastructure or game system.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information not publicly available.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Allowing minors to access your Account or using the platform on behalf of a minor.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

bet93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC, or at the request of competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account — including deposits, bonus funds and pending winnings — may be subject to forfeiture, particularly where the breach involves fraud, misrepresentation or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.

Users may also voluntarily request Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration specified by the User. See the Responsible Gambling page for more detail.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet93 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, game content and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bet93 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express prior written consent from bet93.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet93, its directors, officers, employees, partners and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings resulting from use of the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Errors in odds, game results or payout calculations resulting from third-party data feed failures;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any action taken in connection with investigations by bet93 or law enforcement authorities regarding your Account or use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet93's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Responsible Gambling

bet93 is committed to responsible gambling. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please use the tools available on your Account or visit our Responsible Gambling page immediately.

The following tools are available to all registered Users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your permitted net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. Alerts will notify you when your limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications reminding you of your play duration and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion. During exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your Account or receive marketing communications.

15 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

bet93 operates under its applicable licensing jurisdiction. The laws of that jurisdiction govern these Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory local law.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the bet93 platform for real-money gambling is lawful in your country or territory of residence. bet93 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal, permissible or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bet93 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not agree with any amendment have the right to close their Account and withdraw any available real-money balance prior to the effective date of the change, subject to applicable KYC and compliance procedures.
